Manisha Dayaram, the Chief Commercial Officer at The Devmark Group, is a highly accomplished business strategist with over 15 years of experience and a proven record in revenue generation, sales, and operational leadership across competitive real estate markets worldwide.

As an expert in executing intricate sales and marketing initiatives, Manisha was instrumental in securing the first-ever, government-mandated exclusive sales and marketing contract for the launch of Bluewaters Island by Meraas in Dubai.

Before joining The Devmark Group, Manisha collaborated with numerous private developers, employing sophisticated strategies to drive off-plan sales that amounted to over AED 4 billion in sales volume. Her remarkable projects in the UAE include The Banyan Tree Residences, Dubai Lagoons, Muraba Residences, Anantara Residences, and multiple buildings in City Walk.

In her last role as COO at Heaps Estrin, Canada’s top-performing real estate team, Manisha successfully led all sales, marketing, and operations, resulting in a staggering $1.5 billion in sales within three years.

Her extensive experience and commendable educational credentials speak volumes about her capabilities as a dynamic force in the real estate industry. A member of the Canadian Real Estate Association and the Toronto Real Estate Board, Manisha also holds a Political Science degree from the University of Toronto.
